Our vines are chosen to closely match the natural growing conditions
and produce versatile premium grape varieties.

Harvesting

Modern Harvesting methods allow us the have the whole crop picked
and delivered safely to the winery within hours.
This ensures grapes are in perfect condition on arrival at the winery.
Unlike hand-picked crops, ours are not left out for days at the mercy of nature.

Wine-Making

The winemakers go to work within hours of picking.
Analysts check each crop as it arrives for the grape properties.
and then begin planning the fermentation process in detail.
Once the harvest is complete, the final wine styles are chosen
to take advantage of the best qualities of the crop.
Wines are fermented in fully sealed slainless steel tanks.
Our Winemakers monitor the process,
blending and improving the varieties to achieve
the best drinking wines possible.

Australian Food Standards are among the toughest in the world.
Nothing is left to chance.

Each bottle is cleansed & inspected before filling.
Each step of the production line is carefully monitored.
Imperfect bottles are highly sought after by our bottling staff.
They know how perfect the wine is even if the label isn’t.
